ASUS has equipped the ROG Thor 850W Platinum power supply with a patented 135mm Wing-Blade fan to maximize component life. IP5X dust resistance keeps it spinning freely, and 0db technology uses thermal sensors to allow the fan to turn off completely at lower wattages, resulting in completely silent operation.
Integrated ROG heatsinks are 2x the volume of traditional designs, resulting in a 20% drop in temperature inside the ROG Thor 850W Platinum .

The ROG Thor 850W Platinum power supply uses high-end Japanese capacitors to ensure efficient operation. This earned it an 80 PLUS Platinum certification, which guarantees 89% efficiency at 100% load and 92% at 50% load. High quality cables
ASUS ROG knows you want to mount your new setup easily and immediately. ASUS ROG has therefore included high-quality sleeved and standard cables.
